Thanks to you all Rita’s Cafe has the Best Pies in the state!! We took our famous Rita’s Pumpkin Pie all the way to the state finals and walked away with the Blue Ribbon. The competition was fierce but in the end our signature dish impressed the judges enough to put us on top.

When Great Grandma Rita first cooked up this recipe in her home kitchen she never thought that over 100 years later it would be recognised as the best Pie in the State of Nevada. Our chef Philippe has stayed faithful to the original recipe while adding his own special flair to the final product.
